75bdd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 75bdd ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all use of the 75bdd website, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gameplay, and customer support interactions. By accessing the 75bdd platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction where access is permitted, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

75bdd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create and maintain an account on 75bdd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any requirement may result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or permanent closure without prior notice.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 75bdd strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Accounts created by automated means, bots, or third-party agents are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any point thereafter when requested by 75bdd for KYC purposes.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a 75bdd employee, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. 75bdd does not accept any liability arising from a player accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• You must notify 75bdd immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. 75bdd will not be liable for any losses sustained before such notification is received.
• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals or balances may be forfeited.
• 75bdd reserves the right to close inactive accounts — defined as accounts showing no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more — after providing reasonable notice.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

75bdd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated. 75bdd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 75bdd may apply enhanced due diligence for large transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact 75bdd support with your transaction reference.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source account.
• 75bdd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being held or returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside of peak processing times may take slightly longer.
• 75bdd reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds checks before processing any withdrawal. Any withdrawal request connected to a pending KYC review will be held until the review is complete.
• Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of those funds — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

75bdd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new players only upon first qualifying deposit.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Players must complete or forfeit a current bonus before claiming a new one, unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• 75bdd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a player has already deposited and received a bonus under that promotion, the player's bonus balance at the time of cancellation will be treated in accordance with the remaining wagering requirement.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors, will be voided and the associated account closed.
• Free spins, where offered, are valid for 48 hours from the time of crediting unless otherwise specified. Any winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on 75bdd use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the player, 75bdd, or any third party. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed during that round will be returned to the player's balance.

• Players accept that they play all games at their own risk. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in each game's information panel and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed individual returns.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in a game client and the result recorded in 75bdd's server logs, the server log result shall be definitive.
• Sports betting markets offered on 75bdd are subject to the rules of the applicable sport and the specific market rules published on the platform. In the event of a disputed result, 75bdd's decision is final.
• 75bdd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a human or technical error. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 75bdd and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to auto-betting systems and odds-scraping tools.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus claims. This includes chip dumping in poker and any form of matched betting designed to exploit promotions.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering. 75bdd complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to competent authorities.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and 75bdd's prior written approval.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided. Players are required to report any bugs discovered to 75bdd support immediately.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

75bdd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below. Upon closure, any real-money balance that is not subject to an active dispute or pending investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable deductions.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, provision of false information, or failure to complete identity verification.
• At the player's own request. Players wishing to close their account may contact 75bdd support at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Regulatory or legal obligation. If 75bdd is required by a competent authority or applicable law to close or restrict access to a particular account, it will do so without liability.
• Extended inactivity. Accounts showing no login or transaction activity for 12 or more consecutive months may be closed following reasonable written notice to the player's registered contact details.

8. Responsible Gaming

75bdd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all accessible directly from within the player account settings.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session reminders: players may activate time-based session reminders that alert them when they have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits or gameplay are possible.

9. Intellectual Property

The 75bdd brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are registered or unregistered trademarks of 75bdd. Unauthorised use of any 75bdd trademark in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with 75bdd is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bdd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if 75bdd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

75bdd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 75bdd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

11. Amendments to These Terms

75bdd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 75bdd will endeavour to provide advance notice to affected players via email or an in-platform notification. Non-material changes, including corrections of typographical errors and minor clarifications that do not affect player rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice.
